Procedurally Generated Radial Radome Mod

@stupid_chris How hard would it be to make a radial fairing/radome like the one on the top of this E-6 aircraft that could contain antennas and instruments and such?

What would that be useful for? Isn't it possible to have an extended antena inside of cargo bay, or something? You could place it on top of the plane to make it look like a radome.

I asked a similar thing about blisters.  It's doable.  It can be useful for things beyond antennae.

Placing dishes on the sides of the rocket/spaceplane to streamline the craft for launch.  You could also place them over radial engines, docking ports, science experiments...

turn a mk2 cargo bay sideways, stick the stubby mk2-mk1 adaper on the front, and the long gone on the back, and viola! you have a blister that can contain extended antennas!  (I think cargo bays can)
