My autostrut is gone. Did they remove it?

I reinstalled KSP a few days ago after I kept having mod issues and now my autostrut is gone. I know it needs to be nerfed and have a mass and cost penalty added for each one used but I need it to keep my part count at a reasonable level. Do you have any ideas on where mine went? Thanks.

you have to turn on advanced tweakables if you havent

also if its a new career you need to unlock struts on the techtree

It is an advanced tweakable option that is off by default. Gotta go into your main settings screen and reactivate it.
