Does Texture Replacer have an Issue with Visors?

I recently installed texture replacer and the visors are all golden visors. Does anyone know what happened to my clear transparent visors?

It is a feature of texture replacer, called reflection. When at ksc open the texture replacer options ( should be somewhere in the stock toolbar at the bottom of your screen) and switch "reflection" to off.
