"Accept all" and "Decline all" for contracts

These buttons would be really useful for contracts. For example, if you want to hoard contracts or for any other reason want to accept every displayed contracts, you could click the "accept all" button on the contracts screen. The more useful one would be the "Decline all" button, which would be much quicker than manually declining all the contracts when no good ones are currently being displayed.

I agree on the "Decline All", but how would the "Accept All" work when you have more contracts available than you can accept?  Take the first X items at the top of the list?  Or the nearest to expiration?
