- More sizes of parts!
(1)Some parts is be unique, but many identical parts differ only in size, and other parts could have more sizes.

(2)Possibility locked and control angle of rotation "The Sun direct parts" (solar and cooling panels)

(3)Add "The Sun direct basic part" as SARJ in ISS, could be attached to other parts.

(4)Possibility SAS binding beyond the horizon of the planet (or the Sun). This binding to the coordinates of the navigation ball (yaw, pitch, roll in grvdusah from the planet (or the Sun), not the world axis. And the possibility that the warp and not follow mode.

(5)Almost all aircraft have pitch trim (at tail). This is sorely lacking in the game.

Oh, you mean for the entire section to move?

I'm not sure if KSP's aerodynamics are good enough to model a change in chord and camber.

In the SPH/VAB, you can press Shift+WASDQE to change the orientation by 5 degrees.

Solar panels and radiators already track the sun, did you mean something more than they already do?

What is the use case for this? I.e. When would you not want the panel or radiator to orient with the sun properly?

I think KIS has its own set of EVA struts.

I have no idea, BUT I was scrolling through ckan and I stumbled across a mod literally called EVA struts. And after looking at the description I think this is what OP is looking for.
