[Question on 0.16 release] Hidden Kerbals anywhere?

OK - First 2nd post on the forum.. here goes...

I understand that there are a few items that are scattered around Kerbin, Mun and Minmus for people to find / stumble upon. I\'ve found a Mun arch from orbit, but have yet to get a ship close enough to few it up close. Still looking for the Monoliths. :\'(

With the latest 0.16 release containing Kerbal characters, I thought it would be prudent to pose the question if they have added any hidden Kerbals or other items out in the wild to 'rescue' / get photographed with?

Im trying to find the area in which the main menu shows the \'Muncastle\'. There is a chance that you can can find it ingame. If it exists, we should find it on the side of the Mun facing Kerbin, north of the equator (I THINK).

Also, I have reason to believe that the main menu loads from your game save. If this is so- we could land spacecraft at the main menu location and show off our landing sites!

I really hope I\'m not going on a wild goose chase though- and would appreciate it if a dev could confirm or dispel my thoughts.

Would it work to get a lot of debris in multiple different low Mun orbits and see if you can see any from the menu?
