Bug when EVA

Im still getting a abug every so often when entering EVA all actions are frozen. Kerbal cannot board, let go, or move. cannot quicksave, cannot quick load, cannot exit, cannot go to space center. I thought this might be related to the cloning of kerbals, but when checking the crew via crew transfer, the kerbal is not cloned. any ideas whats going on here and how to fix it?

This would probably go in bug reports. I havn't experinced anything like this. What version are you using?

I am using the current version 1.2.2. I thought it might go in bug reports but i just wanted to see if anyone else had the same issue first.

I always assumed it was from too many mods. Nice to know others have this problem.

@Leafbaron, are you running any mods, or is this pure stock?

Try stoping all MechJeb in your ship before EVA : tested for me and seen on other posts around this subject

Try using hyper edit to force you away from the ship you are EVAing from. I think the game hasn't confirmed you left the ship, so it locks your controls. You can test it by activating mod control panels. If they still work, then it should temporarily fix the problem. ( Use rendezvous orbit or land at location so you aren't far from your ship )
