Orbital Map Question

When I use the "M" key to switch to the orbital view,  if I double click on Kerbin it changes the focus to the planet when rotating the view.  How to I change camera focus back to the ship.  

I'm certain this is incredibly basic and I'm just overlooking it.

Press the backspace button

You can also tab through all planets and moons (and the sun) and your ship. And I think your maneuver node.

You can also shift-tab to go backwards, but watch out as shift is also throttle-up.

Ever since 1.2.2 (or 1.2.1, can't remember now) the default key was changed to back quote (~ key to the left of the 1 key). They did that to avoid a conflict with the default abort action group, which is also backspace.

Yes, the default key was changed. However, if you are playing on an old game that has been transferred to the new version, you need to manually go into the key bindings and change it to whatever you like.
