Off the OP's KerbalX share.

Likely to have eye-watering roll rates with 100% of the wing acting as aileron.  But, the elevon doesn't hold any fuel, and it has half the lift rating of a normal wing of the same weight.   It's lift that actually creates the G forces.

I was interested in using a variable incidence wing built entirely from elevons to make a more efficient SSTO (low lift for speed run, high lift for climb) but the drawbacks of elevons probably offset the gains.

Low speed - it can do 360 turns within the radius of the R&D complex.

Medium speed - Can pull 50g at 430m/s and the wings don't snap off.  Chickened out of trying that any faster.

Sustained turn at altitude - can pull 30g continuously at 10km and mach 3.7.

Cheating - with "unbreakable joints", you can pull 290g.

Not yet tested - high altitude performance.  How well will it do vs other aircraft in a 22km altitude dogfight?
