How to increase fps using amd drivers?

Recommended Posts

I am running KSP (x64) and with stock visual enhancements i am not satisfied with the amount of fps i am pushing (about 20-25 fps, and that's painful). I think it has to do with the amd crimson relive (version 1.6.2. i believe) and my graphics card (r7 360) should be able to push more fps. But i am just not. here is the 'global settings' i have on here:

Yes i know, 1.6.2 isn't the latest driver version for me. But with the latest version the pc doesn't seem to boot

Can somebody tell me what works best? (I am sorry of this unclear topic, but i really can't explain this very well xD)

Thanks

KSP mostly uses CPU. Unless you CPU is really good and your GPU is really bad, you're not limited by GPU.

As my cpu, i am rocking an a6 5400k clocked to 4.4 ghz

sorry if i don't reply, i am in bed then.

edit: uhm, i am rocking 30+ fps on stock but i was talking about stock visual enhancements here.
