Is there a way to reset biomes?

Currently I've almost forgot the science points I have taken from the biome on Kerbin

..

So I wonder whether can I reset the biomes so that I can be sure that I can go to a completely "new" biome to collect "fresh " science?

Don't think so, no. This would be a very powerful (read cheaty) option.

But...

You can look up all the science you've collected already in the R&D Centre. You can sort it by world, biome, experiment or vessel state. With a little time and effort you'll be able to see which biomes or experiments you've not tapped out yet.

You could also turn to mods, several of which are designed to help chase down available science points.

Moving to Gameplay Questions.

If you edit your save file, I'd be highly suspicious of the...

        SCENARIO
        {
        name = ResearchAndDevelopment

...section. Particularly things like:

        Science
        {
            id = evaReport@IotaInSpaceHigh
            title = EVA Report while in space high over Iota
            dsc = 1
            scv = 0
            sbv = 2
            sci = 16
            cap = 16
        }

I can't find any Science blocks relating to a place I've not yet been to. I suspect that if you delete everything that relates to <experiment>@Kerbin<biome>, the game will forget you ever did any science there and award you full data again.

Disclaimer: Not tested! Backup your save file first and be prepared to restore it if I'm wrong

Just don't worry about it(not like that ). I mean, just go and collect every binome on Kerbin from now on...you will definatly land on the grass lands, only to find you already collect all but the gravity experiment. Thats ok, no harm done right? Just keep going "as if it was reseted"

Another vote for [x] Science!

And if you don't like clicking experiments, there's Automated Science Sampler that keeps an eye out for when you can do science instead of making you do the clicking.
