[1.3][Kopernicus] Rangers Planet Pack development Now has 1.3 support

Plan for next version (0.2):

- Change the Sun to a black hole

- A new moon for Purl

- A new moonlet between Purls rings

- New moon for Duna (Done)

- Asteriod Body

- Ocean on Furmal

- Add Reda (Done)

- Add Moon to Reda (Done)

- Add EVE Clouds (Reda and Duna have clouds)

This is not a completed list suggestions welcome

I have added the first dev build which added a new planet named Reda (Pronounced Reyda)

Ive added 0.2 Dev Build 2 to the download it:

- Added Raden

- Added Botos

- Added EVE Clouds to Reda and Duna

All required folders are now bundled with the download so you don't need to do any extra work to get all the dependencies

sorry, this is not a comment but when i try and download this i extract the files to the KSP GameData folder, but when i check the tracking station or map, its not there.
