Craft/Parts list scrolling (Works now after 3 reloads)

When I hover my mouse over the parts list, it starts scrolling to the bottom without me doing anything. I'm in KSP 1.2.2. On the craft list it scroll down when I hover my mouse over the bar at the side. Any ideas?

Could someone explain this? I don't want to nudge but it is nigh on impossible to build ships with this problem

I would reinstall the game. It tends to wipe any bugs like this.

When you say reinstall...so back up, then delete EVERYTHING inside the Kerbal Space Program Folder? I'm using steam here, and for some reason to delete things I sometimes have to go inside each folder and delete some individually or I get an 'access denied' sort of message, which takes a very long time

Copy every thing in your saves folder, then delete the entire ksp folder.

Or seeing that you are using steam, back up your saves and use steam to reinstall.

I am having that same problem. My father said it is because the scoll wheel is malfunctioning; not sure if it is true. It also happens outside KSP, like YouTube volume sliders. I combat that by right-clicking a few times to remove that problem temporarily.

Okay, after two more reloads, it seems to be working fine. Strange.
