Typically they're not useful. They tell SQUAD or modders what they already know: that mods released for 1.2.2 are not compatible with 1.3.0. Your best bet is to start from a completely fresh install and only install mods that are confirmed by the author to be compatible with 1.3.0.

I use CKAN and all of my mods were in theory compatible, but the game was still crashing... I uninstalled nearly all of my new installed mods and now it's working (despite today's unregistered crash, the game just closed), but I don't know which of them caused the problem (I think graphical one, but I'm not sure).

You might have some luck doing a text search for "exception" in your KSP.log file. Often a misbehaving mod will leave behind a stack trace.

Keep in mind that CKAN is not perfect, it sometimes gets stuff (including versioning) wrong
