Just the solar panels and RCS jets. Then I think we are go for an alpha release!

If you're aiming for a ton of irony you could launch it with the SpaceX Falcon. Or you could use the Soyuz rocket, or a stock part creation

yes do use the KerbX mod it tis wonderful, and the irony would be hilarious, but hopefully Nutt picks up the pace because antares works in real life now
