G'day and a new user question

Hi a new user here on Steam and on a 27" 5k iMac a few thoughts as I go through your training

I just got as far as the Intermediate construction training and I could not progress past the hanging the two goo pods. Nothing makes the number of items icon change to a blue cycle sim icon. As seen in the instruction. 

So the toggle snap changes ok and if I select the 2 wings look of the cycle symmetry icon I get the 2 goo containers and I can place them as requested. The first time I tried this the next button in the dialog would not advance. Quitting the application and quitting steam and relaunching them let me do the thing again and while the cycle symmetry icon still does not change to look like the blue circle with a central yellow dot as in the dialog this time it did work. Did it again and once more the next button would nit light up The text for said button stays the same is there a way to manually advance the training when this happens?

no matter the number of wings shown as I click it. This a bid confusing as I would expect the text when hovering over the icon to change to reflect that number between 1 and 2  3  4  6  8 .  

 

How do do I see if I am running in 64 bit mode? 

 

I wish there was more than 1.5 as the max for the user interface. I wanted to use the native res of my 27" 5k iMac 

which I selected 5120 x 2800 but even at UI set to 1.5 the interface is still fly spec and unusable so I had to change to 2880 x 1620  with 1.5 UI to get a useable size of UI I want to use the screen res I am paying for. Perhaps a mod exists for this problem? I don't mess with mods until I am comfortable with the normal version of an application.

Thanks I can see I put this in the wrong place but I am not running any mods... or did you put it here as to get greater size control over the User Interface will require a Mod?

No, I just clicked in the wrong spot. But it's unmodded support now.
