Help with a mission

This might be the wrong place to post this but I currently have the mission "Haul LY-10 Small Landing Gear into orbit of the Mun" So I've got the gear attached and I'm orbiting the mun, but how do I actually complete the misson? Do I need to go back to Kerbin or is it just done? I have all three checkmarks and the name of the mission is green, I just don't know if that's it or there's more to do...

Hi, welcome to the forum! Your post got moved to Gameplay Questions, hope that's OK. If all the checkmarks are green, you've done the contract, well done! You should see your funds will have increased and you've probably earned some science points as well. .

Indeed, when you change crafts or go back to the centre, you'll see that the mission has disappeared. Also, you should have a message with the report of the mission. Like what you've earned etc..
