Consistent Crashing KSP Modded 1.3.0

Hi, first of all, thank you for reading this. Lately I have been very frustrated with my heavily modded KSP. Every time the game finishes loading and it is about to show the title screen, it crashed for some goddamn reason . Here's the latest crash report and output log.

with only 8 gigs this on its best day will be very laggy in fight. I have seen this version consume 7-8 gigs np

 I would verify the latest video driver for the ati card. and make sure things like antivirus, has an exclusion to ksp and

 this software is in use when crashed and..

SogouInput is no not recommended any more --use QQ input lite instead as some have suggested

keep the system lean on things in the background

Never mind I fixed it. Just had to remove a mischievous mod

Pretty much all mono.dll access violations are caused by an incompatible mod.
