Ksp mild lag [Unanswered]

Ksp keeps lagging whenever I launch a rocket or plane, I have 64 bit I'm In 1.3.0, with 12 mods installed (including stock) 7 part mods 1 plugin and 4 miscellaneous mods. can anyone help (i've deleted and re-installed the game files one time and its still laggy)

I know it's not that, KSP used to work nicely a smoothly before with the same computer version and bit
