CelestialBody.referenceBody is always the sun in the editor

Maybe I'm missing something, but when I get a body from:

Where int i = the index of Minmus

FlightGlobals.Bodies.referenceBody

even though the body may be orbiting something else (ie:  Mun, Minmus), the referenceBody always seems to be the Sun.  It works correctly in Flight scene.

Is there a better place to get this from?
