Can I Move HUD Items Around?

I find the navball right in the middle tends to obscure my view, so I'd like to move it to the lower right and move the crew facecams to the upper left. Is there a way to do this?

There is a slider bar in the options menu for moving the Navball left and right. That's about it though really.

I suggest moving it to the far left, by the staging display.

You can also toggle the facecams to hidden by pushing the little arrow next to them.
