Stock Fairing hitbox

Is there any mod (or can anyone make one) that adds hitbox's so you can place stuff on fairings

If anyone is wondering why I want this is so I can add flags on my fairings with @blackheart612 mod; "Decal Stickers"

Also try whatever mod gives you 'no offset limits'.  Then you can place them on the fairing bases and then offset them wherever you need.  Not sure how that works upon deployment.
