What are these items in settings.cfg?

Looking through the settings.cfg I spotted two items I'm not clear on the function of...

What are these?  (I'm guessing I already know but am not making the right mental connection somehow...)

I just tried the ScrollLock key. Nothing happened. So I dunno.

I have no idea and I wish to learn more.

I tried assigning 'Y' to TOGGLE_SPACENAV_ROLL_LOCK, but I couldn't find a use for it. Flew a Stock 'Dove' into space, and it doesn't really seem to do anything.

Likewise, ScrollLock had no effect, in either stage-mode or docking-mode.

Hi, re those , often wondered what SpaceNavigator  and SpaceNavigatorWindows is,  as i see it mentioned in KSP logs all the time

[WRN 14:11:31.697] [SpaceNavigatorWindows]: Could not initialize device.

which leads me to believe, either it's a dev thing, that's turned off for release,  Or some fancy bit of peripheral gear my clockwork mind is unaware of.  Would like to satisfy this curiosity though

Apparently it's support for a particular 6-DOF mouse. Without the mouse, those config settings do nothing.
