Sometimes I cant set a focus in map view. And jool rings.

Is  this  a  bug? If  I'm  going  to  the  mun most  of  the  time  I  can  set  it  as  a  target  and  focus  on  it, other times  not  so  much.

 

This  happens  more  frequently  when  I  have  maneuver nodes  on  screen.

Reloading  the  safe  vixes  it  sometimes, other  times  I  have  to  close  the  game  completely.

Second  question, I  thought  jool  was  supposed  to  have  rings  with  the  Copernicus  mod. Mine  does  not.

For the focus, you have to unlock the maneuver node (right-click it so it opens back up). Sometimes it happens when you were focused on a moon within a planet while it's targeted. In some cases, after switching to another ship or the KSC and coming back, I can't refocus on the body I want. A quick fix is to target and focus something else real quick, then you can focus on your planet or moon again. Kinda sucks, but it works.

For Jool's rings, I think you also need EVE installed. I have a few installs with visual mod cocktails, and they all have rings. Not sure if it's EVE or SVE that does it specifically.

This happens a lot when I target a moon inside another planet. A quick fix is to target and focus on another body, then you can refocus on the planet or moon you want.

I  have  both  eve and  sve  hmmm

Maybe  a  mod  conflict?

I  remember  when  I  installed  sve  the  guide  I  followed  said  I  needed  xyz  mods, clinking  the  link  for  x  mod  led  me  to  a  page  with  sve, bit  so  did  y  and  z. I  ended  up  just  picking  one  and  installing  it  since  they  were  all  the  same.

For the visuals, rather than a clash, more likely to be something installed incorrectly or just the wrong version of something. I think I would reinstall and double-check that everything is right.
