KSP Jet Engine Throttle Control Issue

Hello all like most I am working on my SSTO Project. I am running J-X4 Whiplash Turbo RamJets and I am seeing an issue with the throttle... The aircraft keep automatically adjusting the throttle on its own and i can not over ride it.... It will throttle down then up and keeps making changes in flight.

To attempt to correct this I have.

1. Changed type and number of intakes.

2. Changed type and number of engines.

I can not seem to keep it at a steady 100% throttle between 5k and 15k...

Any ideas?

*** CORRECTION I AM NOW HAVING THIS ISSUE AT DIFFERENT  ALTITUDES NOT JUST THE RANGE I LISTED ABOVE***

Are you running any mods by any chance? That could affect things.

Yes I am. Gonna guess ur gonna ask for the list, but funny thing is i can not open CKAN bc well something is wrong and it will let me start the game in steam but... i cant open the CKAN and idk why

MechJeb can do this to you if you have "Limit Acceleration" enabled in utilities, and other places.  I know other mods will do it too.

You can view the list of installed mods within your Gamedata.

Well, then step through each of your mods, and their options, like a checklist.  Make sure each them that would control throttle is disabled.   Eliminate each error source one at a time till you find the culprit.   Then report back here with your solution as it may help somebody else in the future.

Yeah, that's almost certainly an autopiloting or pilot aid mod of some sort.

Is the throttle setting (to the left of the navball) changing, or is just the ammount of thrust changing?

Ah, right, if I recall, that's the difference between Atmosphere Autopilot and TCA.
