I must admit that i'm not familiar with this new science parts, i have just unlocked for 300 technology points some thing that can detect asteroids near Kerbin i called it STAR DOOM TRACKER because in my opinion the name is very fitting and sound equally Kerbalish and grimmy :D

 

Here how it's look i used some parts from my heavy launchers that i saved in subassembly when i last time played KSP in December 2017 :) 

 

 

Does is investing tech in this technology is good thing i mean yield good return in science points for investing in this teach?
