My KSP (latest version) will not start

My KSP will not start, with or without the DLC installed. I do get a very weird loading screen, but after that nothing more happens.

Having posted quite a few questions, I know that to get an answer you need to provide more information - than this. I know it is very frustrating to keep checking for answers - but take it from me if you post your question with as much supporting info as possible, you are likely to get a useful reply. I have in the past.
