[1.12.x Kerbal Flight Indicators (Release 20, 2020-02-11)

Necroing an old thread.  SInce I'm back modding again, Just looking into this mod to see if it needs love.  I've reached out to @DaMichel to see if wants me to resume support.  Looks like he has not been on since April of '21.

Assuming it is okay, I'll look into bringing it up to date.

* Added license copy for CC BY-NC-SA 3.0 to license.txt
