Fps Lag

I recently had to reinstall kerbal space program because of a windows update, but for some reason whenever i launch the game it runs at 10 fps.  I played it before at 60 fps no problem, but as soon as I had to reinstall the game it just doesn't run smoothly at all.  I've checked the graphics settings, v-sync is on and my fps is locked at 60.

Try updating your video drivers, window updates have been known to cause issues with this.
