TAC for 1.3.1

Happy Easter Everyone! 

Im desperately trying to find a version of TAC life support that will work with my 1.3.1 Gamedata.  Please i just want to goof around on this day off and im having trouble playing my game as i want to.

Github. Old releases are always on github.

Spacedock also contains old versions under the Changelog Tab.
