Any way to move windows out of bounds?

I  have  a  three  monitor  setup  and  I  play  in  a  border less  window  mode.

It  would  be  really  convenient to  be  able  to  drag  windows(like  mechjeb, kerbnet, etc.) Over  to  my  other  monitors  

Is  this  possible  in  any  way?

I  know  I've  done  this  accidentally  before  when  I  was  in  full screen.

You could create a custom resolution and play KSP ultra super widescreen if you have more then one monitor, that will give you plenty of room to use your sidemonitors for all types of popup menu's.
