Are EVA struts available in PS4 enhanced edition?

I'm trying to build a Mimnous space station that hopefully, will act as a Kerbin system gateway. This station is vast since it has a lot tanks for refueling outbound Kerbin system travelers.

I've built the thing part by part launch by launch with connection ports. However, it has become extremely unstable and it wobbles like a rattle snake making further docking impossible. I've read that that I could solve this problem with EVA struts.

Question:

So the question is are EVA struts available in PS4 enhanced edition?

I dont know what Eva struts are but if u turn on Advanced Tweakables in the options u can autostrut parts via the Part Action Window. Autostrut is available when u purchase the normal struts

@PrvDancer85 EVA Struts are struts that can be placed by kerbonauts that are engineers during their EVA (i.e., not in build mode but during spaceflight).

The only Stock Way i know is autostrut. It does put invisible struts, but first u have to enable Advanced Tweakables, if u hit the optionbutton it's under settings.  Than u Open the Part Action Window of the Part u want to strut with the Circle or Square Button depending on what Controller preset u Play with. It has some option to strut to: grandparent Part, heaviest Part, Root Part. U can autostrut multiple parts and u can do it in space

If you have multiple reaction wheels pointing in different directions. It can cause the craft to wobble, starts slowly then gets worse and worse.

Try disabling torque on all but one reaction wheel.

EVA struts are part of a mod.  Mods are not available for the console versions

By EVA Struts, do you mean the Kerbal Attachment System mod?
