Variable Geomtery Mod ?

Is there a mod that allows us to attach a small engine that can rotate 90 degrees ?

I would like to put such a mod on my orbit to surface rover delivery vehicle.

The simpler the mod the better.

Infernal Robotics would be much more flavorful with more toys / options, but if you're looking for a simple 90 deg rotation, just attached the engine with some docking ports and use DockRotate.
