What is the one mod you couldn't play KSP without?

I play with different sets of mods just to see what it is like. But there are a few that I feel are must-haves to make the game fun.

  • MechJeb
  • Nertea's mods (opens up so many more options for ship design)
  • KAS/KIS (gotta have something to do besides plant flags)
  • KJR
  • Chatterer
  • KAC (not needed early on, but essential later)
  • RealChute (so much better than guessing how many chutes to spam onto a ship)

Or you could land on Duna and  Eve , not to hard and the science is in the buckets. Also an orbital science station provides molto scientia.

Karbonite.   It's been a mainstay since before ore mining and conversion was a thing.   I just prefer the system, and now I'm fooling around with Karborundum engines for endgame ships, they're a blast.

Close behind would be tweakscale.
