Heatshields-with-a-hole got no crossfeed anymore

So, there are a few parts in different mods; heatshield with a hole that can be opened/closed, with a node in it to attach a small engine or a docking port etc.

Problem is, an engine attached to these nodes got no fuel in KSP 1.4.3 - so something changed.
There is no "toggle crossfeed" possibe in VAB so it must be something else.

afaik I got two mods which provide such heatshields (could™ be more):

It is NOT supposed to host ENGINE. It is supposed to host a docking port. 

If you want to fit engine inside - change config. You need to change \GameData\ChopShop\Utility\HeatShield\heatshield_o.cfg->"fuelCrossFeed = False" to "fuelCrossFeed = True".

@Dr. Jet then it was the other heatshield where the description suggested to place a small engine in it would be okay, but that one also had no crossfeed. @Angel-125
