LV-T45 Not Working

HOW THE KERBAL DO I USE THE LV-T45, I HAVE IT ATTACHED TO TWO FL-T200 TANKS AND AFTER I CLICK SPACE THEY WON'T LAUNCH 

 

please help i really need to test it and everytime i start the engine the liquid fuel sits at 100% and nothing happens, but i can see the bar, i believe there is a button i need to press, but i don't know which one it is (don't judge me i skipped tutorial since i thought i knew how to play the game well enough

 

Nvm i just didn't know the increase throttle button

Just wait till you can't dock cause a docking port is on backwards....
