where are autostruts?

hi,
in few words: I've broken my videocard , I don't play since march.
I've now started a new career game with a slow pc, while waiting gpus return to acceptable price.

I've enabled "advanced tweaks" but I still don't see the "autostruts" buttons on the parts.
it's long time I don't play, please help me, what am I forgetting?
