[WIP] Dipole Drive

I'm developing a new kind of propellant less engine based om Robert Zubrin Dipole Drive

Not sure yet, if I should add it to KSPIE, add it to the Solar Sailor or turn it into a separate stand alone mod

It is, but it has raised a lot of questions from sceptics. I guess this is unavoidable for such basic idea which sounds almost too good to be true, you wonder why no one else thought of it before.

Still, I hope it works out as it would become a real game changer when combined with high power source from either beamed power or an onboard power reactor.
