In need of interesting places to visit on Eve and Laythe

So!

In one of my saves I have this:

A massive self refuelling Eve exploration plane. I also have this:

A tiny Laythe exploration plane (and a submarine as well). This is where you come in - I have nowhere really in mind to explore on either Laythe or Eve. I'm certain the Eve plane can go everywhere as long as it's decently flat (it can refuel itself) but the Laythe jet is limited by its fuel capacity, it has to return to base to refuel. However range should still not be a problem if I fly efficiently.

So my question is - does anyone know of interesting locations on Eve or Laythe to explore?

I've never spent a lot of time exploring Laythe because it just wasn't all that interesting to me, other than the mere act of landing and taking off on it.  My main consideration when picking a Laythe landing site is to get one that has Jool visible, but low on the horizon, since it makes for pretty screenshots. 

More or less similar for Eve.  The one spot I've found kinda interesting is to land on the highest peak-- it's like 7500m, so the atmospheric pressure there isn't all that much higher than sea level on Kerbin.  And it has a decent view.

It's been long enough since I went there that I don't recall the lat/long, but I'm sure someone around here can supply it.
