Spacecraft explodes due to overheating

I was using the MechJeb Warp Helper with Quickwarp on. Immediately upon exiting time warp, my spacecraft exploded, apparently due to overheating. Any advice?

Was MechJeb the only mod you have in your game install?

Did you try reproducing the issue without mods? (i.e exiting time warp using the time control functions in the stock vanilla game)

Was your spacecraft transitioning into an atmosphere at the time of exiting time warp?

I do have very many mods in my install, i am not sure it is possible to recreate the issue, since mechjeb transitioned between 100,000 x and 1x instantaniously.

I'm guessing you also have the Near Future pack installed?  And perhaps are using the NF radiators?

Read through this thread, and if the issue is the same, would you mind posting something there too?  So we can start to maybe figure out whats going on.
