Mods not working, game stops loading.

Okey so I'm getting kinda frustrated now because nothing works, the game feels broken because it wont let me do anything with it. I'm tierd of the base game and I want to mod the game. 

But the problem is that the game wont let me mod it, I use the mod manager too but still not working. What the hell am I supposed to do? Am I missing something?

Module manager has to be of the right version. Can you add a screenshot of the gamedata file?

I got a feeling you downloaded the source code, not the manager itself.

What is this Mod manager you speak of?   CKAN?
