A simple challenge I came up with.

 

Rules: No cheats menu

Any speeds recorded on reentry will not count, and you have to start at the KSC (No flinging around Kerbol at 100km/s and then burning through 10 heat shields)

No engine gimbal or RCS, you have to use reaction wheels and wings to stay steady

No A.I.R.B.R.A.K.E.S

 

Keasy mode:

Land crew safely

Any number of stages

Sepratrons allowed

Minimum 1 kerbal

50% thermal damage

Just set a record

Stay below 70kms

 

 

Hard mode:

Reuse half the craft

Any number of stages

No sepratrons

Make the craft contain 3 kerbals

75% thermal damage

Stay at over 2km/s for 10 seconds

Stay below 40kms

 

Super hard mode:

Make the craft fully reusable without parachutes

Single Stage

Contain 10 kerbals, with 3 kerbals in seats

125% thermal damage

Get to 4km/s and stay at that speed for 20 seconds

Stay below 10kms
