My first interplanetary crewed mission using Life Support. It pretty much took all the skills I'd developed to date including - on orbit assembly, orbital fueling from a captured asteroid ISRU, planning crew survival for a year-long mission, etc.

It gave me the slightest glimpse of what Mars mission planners are dealing with.
