Concorde was a beautiful looking plane...  but a maintenance/mechanical nightmare. By the time they retired, there were only 3 still flying and the other 10 were being scavenged for parts.

Since when do you have a beauty that don't need maintenance ? All beautiful stuff needs to be maintained.

Plus, Airbus cut off their maintenance support right after the crash.
