Kerbal Construction Time Window Broken

The window for Kerbal Construction Time appears to be extremely broken. At startup this blank central window appears, and nothing I can think of seems to dismiss it. When clicking on the toolbar button for KCT, the thin, blank window in the upper right corner appears and does nothing, but this window can be dismissed by clicking the button again. I am also prevented from accessing any KSC facilities. I am wondering if anyone has encountered a similar issue and knows how to resolve it.

This problem occurs with my current extensive mod list, but the issue remains if I remove every mod except KCT, Toolbar Controller, Toolbar Continued, and Click Through Blocker, so it seems that this is an issue inherent to KCT.
