So, I encountered this! Yea. For some reason the game begins to break down and depending how much it's breaking you can get shaking kerbals to "Something" Kerbals (The one I encountered) I seen minor versions of this glitch but this was the most Broken Version. Plus, Some of the ground begins to unload. So yea.
