Where?  Outer Planets Mod or some other mod solar system.  I saw everything there is to see in the stock system years ago.

What?:  Exploring an entire planetary system, or even alien solar system, in its entirety.  This usually requires multiple multi-ship expeditions encompassing everything from miners to fuel stations to planes able to operate in alien skies.

I'm just saying there's a rather popular one between "Eve - Gilly" and "Kerbin - Mun" missing from the list that nearly everyone has spent some time on, and some players seem devoted to spending all their time on.

Moho is surprisingly competitive because of its short transfer times and frequent transfer windows.

As for the 2nd question, I like to use space planes (most recently, 2 stage, but 100% recoverable space planes, on 3x kerbin) to launch large payloads to orbit, which go places and set up surface bases.
