I looking for adapter because some boster is wider than other,

I want to construct second stage using the slim fuel tanks and put it on wider second stage using the bigger fuel tanks.

speaking the matter briefly, i'm looking for interstage like Saturn V interstage because it's look cool

We are getting adapters next update. You may want to try the KW PLF pack and Novapunch in the mean time.

Novapunch has a crapton of decouplers and adapters so you should try that out. Plus they have payload fairings and I believe Saturn skins as a option.

Pawelk198604, as people have said, right now the only way to get additional adapters is via parts packs such as NovaPunch. It has adapters to go between just about any size that's out there both smaller to larger and larger to smaller.

As far as new stock parts, you will just have to wait for the next release to see if they are included or not. I don't know what if any new parts are planned in 0.17. I don't think the release notes mention any.

New parts are mentioned here but no details, and it's still in the planning phase, so they probably wont be ready for 0.17
