Mods for 'scaling' ships or parts when playing RSS?

So I now have Real Solar System installed and running and I love it although I have failed to get EVE running and configured due to a complete lack of instructions regarding how to configure it.

Anyway I'm OK with just RSS.  My question is this - I love all of the historic Soviet and early US rockets but they are undersized in RSS. 

Is there a mod around that can scale these models up a bit?

Yes, Tweakscale. Make sure your parts-pack supports it.
