Bug with HUD/GUI resizing after alt+tab in 4k monitor

Hi everyone, i'm having some trouble with HUD/GUI resizing. I'm on a 4k monitor and i've adjusted the HUD/GUI scale on the right setting for it, everything is fine until i press alt+tab.

After alt-tabbing all the hud/gui displayed return small and unreadable. I've seen that the settings are not changed and i just need to click on Accept in the Menù Settings, but this is soo annoying, becouse to do so i have to close my match and return to the menù!!!

I'm playing on PC, Steam, 4k 28'' monitor, no mods at the moment. I need to alt-tabbing really often for work reasons, and this bug is destroying my experience with the game(lol).

Sorry for my bad english, i'm just trying to solve my issue.

First, your English is just fine.

Second, while I cannot help directly with your issue, might I suggest trying to play in a maximized window, instead of full screen?  That way you can leave KSP and switch to other programs without the need of alt+tabbing.  I personally only play in a window because I am also frequently doing other things while playing (also full screen games mess with having multiple monitors).

I solved my problem in the end. I  changed an option in the property of the executable. i made this:

Opened the properties of ksp_x64.exe (in the game directory);

I went into compatibility and I clicked on "change high dpi settings";

Then, again i clicked on "perform overid of behavior…" (the last box) and i chose "System Advanced";

Apply and exit… and then the game was fine… until 1.8 update has been published, that broke my screen resolution again… i solved this other issue after 3 hours of research! Yeeeh… eh...

But now all is fine, thanks for answering!
